If there are any problems with the product please send us an email at lencatraditional@gmail.com with pictures attached where we can see what the problem is. We take care of each customer's problems on a case by case basis.  

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 7 business days (not including holidays) using Canada Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
